Fleet Command ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Fleet Command platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

We collect the following personal information when you create an account or apply to rent a vehicle:

• Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth
• Physical address
• Driver's license number, state, and expiry date
• Insurance information (provider, policy number, expiry)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we never store card numbers)
• Gig platform affiliations (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.)

Documents

• Driver's license photos (front and back)
• Selfie with license for identity verification
• Insurance card and declaration page
• Rideshare platform activation screenshot

Vehicle and Usage Data

• GPS location data from installed tracking devices
• Odometer readings at pickup and return
• Mileage tracking for billing purposes
• Vehicle condition photos at checkout and return

• To process your rental application and verify your identity
• To process weekly rental payments and mileage overage charges

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, Firebase Authentication, and Stripe PCI-DSS compliance for payment data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we retain records for 7 years to comply with legal and tax obligations. Document uploads (license photos, insurance cards) are deleted within 30 days of account closure.

8. GPS Tracking Disclosure

All Fleet Command vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices. By renting a vehicle, you consent to continuous GPS tracking for the duration of your rental. GPS data is used for:

• Vehicle recovery in case of theft or non-return
• Mileage estimation between odometer readings
• Geofencing alerts for unauthorized use

GPS data is retained for 90 days after rental end and then deleted.
